How to Plan an Event depend on your styles and Strategy.
Basic steps are required developing an event, we'll provides a starting point for your event planning


1) Set Goals and objectives
List possible things to achieve
The very first step is to set a tangible goal and  objectives.

2) Have a Team
Team work brings best result.
Any event takes a concerted team effort to handle all of the details. Have a key Event Manager  to handle and supervise things such as venue management,entertainment, vendors,logistics.

3) Work before the Set Date for the event.
Proper planning need to be considered so give yourself enough time time to plan like 4-6 months depending on the nature of your event. .


4)  Have a Brand Your Event
To record achievement, brand and package your event. It makes it stand out. choose a timely and compelling theme that sets you apart from your competition. Get a dynamic overall theme, the event be different from other events
Create a short, memorable branding slogan that describes the event.

Design a unique Logo: These will help t represent your event. A logo can be an effective branding tool – offering immediate recognition of your event in all of your publicity.

5) Create a Master Plan:

This plan should cover all aspects of the event, including:

Venue, logistics & catering
Your budget should cover estimates for all of the key items identified on your Event Master Plan. including any travel or accommodation costs etc.
