150ml whole milk or (100ml of evaporated milk or 75ml condensed milk or 70g of powdered milk)
Water(add 50ml if using evaporated milk, 75ml if using condensed milk and 100ml if using powdered milk.
PREPARATION
Beat the eggs and set aside
Pour the sugar into a small bowl, add the milk and mix thoroughly.
In another bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg. Mix well and then add the margarine/butter. Mix thoroughly with your hands until it looks like fine bread crumbs.
Add the beaten egg and the milk and sugar mixture into the bowl and mix well (add water little by little) until it get smooth but stiff dough.
Cover it with a dry clothes or towel for 10minutes.
Knead the dough on your floured rolling board, and the roll the dough flat with your rolling pin until flattened.
Then cut the flattened dough into small-small cubes
