150g all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons evaporated milk or 1 tablespoon powdered milk
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Warm water
Vegetable oil(for frying).
PREPARATION
In a wide bowl, pour the flour, add sugar, salt and baking powder, and then mix thoroughly.
Add margarzine/butter and mix until the mixture look like bread crumbs.
Whisk egg in a small bowl and pour into the flour mixture -mix till it looks lumpy.
Add water bit by bit until you get. Stretchy sticky dough.
Scoop tablespoons full of sticky dough into the hot oil or use your hand to mold like ball into the hot Poland leave to fry till golden brown on both sides for about 4minutes. Don't worry about the dough size on the tablespoon, it will expand and bloat once it get into the oil.
