Goat meat chunks

Canned Italian Chopped tomatoes

Green chilies ( optional, for extra heat)

Method
* season and boil the goat meat till it's soft, reserve a cup of the stock
* heat the veg oil, brown the goat meat slightly, remove and set aside
* reduce the oil, add onion , garlic, curry, rosemary, bay leaf and stir
* add the rodo/green chilies
* add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste and fry for 15-20mins
* add the stock and cook for 5mins
* add the goat meat to the sauce and stir
* once the sauce is thick and has coated the goat meat, add the bell pepper,Minced fresh basil, onion slices... stir and serve with chips, noodles, rice, plantain etc
