RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
•Bell peppers (green, yellow and orange colors)
•Green beans
•Green peas
•Carrots
•Sweet corn
•Butter
•Bay leaf
•Meat stock
METHOD
•Boil rice with meat stock and extra seasoning (IF)needed
•Add bay leaf to rice
•Add butter ( please butter is OPTIONAL)
•Heat “SMALL AMOUNT “ of oil in a pan
•Add vegetables( onions, bell peppers, green beans, green peas and carrots)
•Add seasoning ( all purpose seasoning powder, curry or fried rice spices)
•Stir fry for 5 minutes
•Add cooked rice
•Add sweet corn
•Add shrimp
•And stir fry until it dries up ✅
GRILLED CHICKEN
•Blend fresh pepper, onions, garlic and ginger
•Add to chicken
•Add seasoning of your choice
•Set aside for an hour or overnight in the fridge
•Preheat oven
•Grill chicken for 40/60 minutes
