Recipe - How to make coconut oil

Unshell the coconut
Dice to grind with grinding machine or
Grate to blend with blender
Pour in bowl
Add hot water stir and seive
Pour in a bucket that has cover and allow for 24h or put in the fridge
Scoop the milk a put in your pot on low heat until you get you oil Coconut oil ready.

Recipe:
-Remove coconut from the shell
-Wash and cut of the back(and keep aside cos you will use it for another recipe called coconut chips) but if u don't want to cut if the back just wash your coconut well
Cut into tiny pieces and grind it.
- sieve with warm water using cheese cloth
-keep the water sieved out in the fridge, cover it till next morning( if you want cold pressed oil dont keep in the fridge, keep it in a warm place, well covered, within 24hrs the oil will start coming out, then be scooping out the oil, that's the cold pressed oil)
-The milk will separate from water, scoop out the milk into pot or frying pan
-cook on low heat till your oil comes out. Turn while cooking to avoid burning.
-cook until all the oil comes out and the milk turn to brown chaff.
 Then sieve out your oil.
