Ingredients
Half of medium cabbage
Palm oil
Chilli or bell pepper (included both)
Pepper
Spring onions
1 tbsp Minced chicken
Half smoked fish
Crayfish
2 boiled eggs
2 raw eggs
Garlic (optional)
Seasoning cubes
Other seasonings.
Direction.
Wash cabbage slice and blend.
Drain water and set aside in a mixing bowl.
Boil 2 eggs, when ready set aside.
Beat the other 2 raw eggs n set aside.
Chop spring onions and pound with the pepper, garlic and chilli.
Pour all ingredients in the finely blended cabbage and mix well.
You can use a bread pan or nylon to cook it.
While your putting the moi moi mix in the leather put in the boiled eggs n then tie the tip of the leather.
Let it cook for 20- 30mins n walla ready to eat.
Just the way you make moi moi.
