Okra can be prepared in 30mins, which you can us any kind of seafood you like.
How to prepare this dish.
Ingredients
1kg of fresh fish
2kg of fresh Nigerian tiger prawns
500g dried fish ( Black fish) smoked fish (or both)
500g stock fish (optional)
2 spoons of cray fish
3-4 Habanero pepper
2 medium size onions
2 soup spoon of red oil
Salt to taste
2 small size of maggi
Preparation
Clean and wash the fresh fish, shrimps and dried fish
Place smoked fish, stock and dried fish into a pot with 4 cups of water and boil for 10-15 minutes ( but your stock fish you have to boil for 30mins before boiling it with the rest of the fish)
Chop the onions in to small with pepper
Clean and grind the dried crayfish in a food processor
Add in the fresh fish, tiger prawns in to the boil dried fish, along with the chopped onions and pepper, dried crayfish and allow it to cook for 5mins
Add the (okra) and using folding action to mix these in gentle with the rest of the ingredients. Cook the 5mins until the okra is cooked
Remove from heat and serve while hot, eat with ( Any solid food)
